چکیده مقاله
Today, air pollution is known as one of the problems of big cities. The contribution of nitrogen oxides (NOx) as one of the compounds in polluted air is significant because their release can cause harmful effects on health and the environment. Research on NOx treatment is extensive in recent years due to growing environmental awareness. There are different methods for reducing NOx, which in this paper examined different types of perovskite catalysts. These catalysts are considered suitable catalysts for NOx removal due to their very high impermeability structure and desirable redox properties. Perovskite catalysts with the general formula ABO3 have different reactivity and strength depending on the type and amount of sites A and B. Perovskite catalysts are examples of inexpensive, stable, high-strength, high-strength catalysts with NOx conversion of approximately 55-75% in the presence of O2, H2O, and SO2. In this paper, the effect of NOx storage capacity on sites A and B of LaMnO3 and LaCoO3 perovskite catalysts was investigated.
