Numerical study on MHD flow of hybrid nanofluid over exponential stretching/shrinking plate

The idea of hybrid nanofluid has triggered many researchers because of its credential
in improving the thermal characteristics. Hence, this study performed a mathematical
analysis to evaluate the heat generation /absorption effect on magnetohydrodynamics
(MHD) flow towards bidirectional exponential stretching /shrinking sheet of hybrid
nanofluid. This study analyzed the changes in temperature, temperature gradient, Nusselt number and friction coefficient, and magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) hybrid nanofluid (hybrid Al2O3-Cu /H2O) across bidirectional exponential stretching/shrinking sheet under the influence of heat generation / absorption. Using an efficient similarity transformation, the dominant partial differential equations were simplified to obtain the ordinary differential equations system. The findings indicated that increasing the shape factor and generation/absorption parameters adds to the temperature over the surface. However, decreasing this parameter leads the temperature profiles to move towards the surface and the temperature is increased. The findings prove that skin friction coefficient corresponds to magnetic and suction / injection parameters.
